SQUINT EVALUATION AND TREATMENT
1. Squint is a misalignment of the eyes where the two eyes are pointed towards different directions.
2. The deviation of the eye may be in any directions, inward, outward, upward or downward.
3. If the child is not treated at the appropriate time, a condition called amblyopia(suppression of blurred image)may occur which will lead to permanent loss of vision.
